Curated by: Kid Robot & Søren Rose Customized designer toy for Copenhagen art show. For this event a handful of selected artists and celebrities were invited to customize a 20" vinyl Dunny from Kid Robot in New York. The toys were all displayed at Gallerie Asbæk in Copenhagen and later sold to raise money for charity.
Apparently there is a huge hype about these 20" Dunny toys since they are only produced for special art shows and only sold exclusively at these events. As the price on the following auctions usualy rises to seemingly crazy amounts, i thought it could be interesting to see what happened if you put 'garbage' up for sale. And so
'Mr Trash' was born.
All the toys were sold via Lauritz.com and the proceeds were donated to projects working to acheive UNs 2015 goals.
